Hughes MacWorks on-site help far exceeded expectations in expeditiously solving my specific problems. These included troubleshooting an Ethernet LAN, and adding a Wi-Fi LAN after setting up a new router. The consultant even tediously replaced a defective Ethernet cable fitting, eliminating the need to replace the entire 30-ft. length of interior-exterior-run cable. Additionally, he was: easy to reach; on time as scheduled; clear and concise with instructions and explanations; worth much more than his reasonable charges. In my estimation he beats other options by a light year.
