The last 4 years that Mr. Hughes has installed and maintained our company’s 8 apple computers has been the most trouble free and enjoyable years of the 30 years we’ve had Apples. His knowledge in repair, programing and networking is second to none. We will not buy another computer or program without his input.

As a university professor anytime a computer goes down it is a disaster, so efficient service is a necessity. The consultant picked up the computer a few hours after calling him, and within 12 hours he contacted me to explain what the problems were, how he was repairing them, and mentioned a mysterious problem he hadn’t solved yet. The next day he contacted me indicating the mysterious problem had been solved, that my iMac performed like new, and then delivered the machine back to me. It works flawlessly. An efficient, honest and great professional job, qualities that rate very high in my book. I will use him again and highly recommend his services to my friends and colleagues.

Hughes MacWorks on-site help far exceeded expectations in expeditiously solving my specific problems. These included troubleshooting an Ethernet LAN, and adding a Wi-Fi LAN after setting up a new router. The consultant even tediously replaced a defective Ethernet cable fitting, eliminating the need to replace the entire 30-ft. length of interior-exterior-run cable. Additionally, he was: easy to reach; on time as scheduled; clear and concise with instructions and explanations; worth much more than his reasonable charges. In my estimation he beats other options by a light year.

I have been using this service for over 2 years. Dave shows up, great knowledge and extremely patient. He always returns calls promptly and never leaves me without help. In these days we have become so dependent on our computers and when something is wrong it is not like a toaster where you can make something else to eat. When your computer has problems so does your daily living and Dave has never let me down and quickly gets my computer and me back in the comfort zone. I love the Comfort Zone , don’t you?

Dave is a technical expert. He was very generous in accommodating to my schedule to arrange exchange of my laptop. Dave is efficient, as his turn around of work was exactly as promised. I would definitely use his company again. His pricing and willingness to help transfer data from one HD to another was very reasonable in price.

Dave set up our business network and helped us locate customizable software for our law office. He continued to work with our software consultant to ensure that our computers were operating properly and efficiently. He has updated our operating system, installed new software, and switches. He also setup remote access as well as onsite and offsite backup systems. He responded immediately when we experienced problems working wirelessly, with diagnostic equipment, and addressed the problem.
Dave has always been available to solve our concerns timely and efficiently. He helped us select the appropriate battery backups to protect our computers from the frequent power surges in our area. His prompt response to our “distress calls” allowed our office to become operational without any excessive delay. Dave has also solved technical issues with our emails, computer settings, and software issues by logging into our computer offsite.
We would highly recommend Dave to any business or individual utilizing apple products.
